Resources Under Management

United Way Resources Under Management (RUM) are applied to the areas of greatest need in Lincoln and Lancaster County. Contributions to United Way RUM help support programs that impact children, families in crisis, and individuals suffering from any one of 18 chronic health issues. In addition, these dollars help support the Women’s Leadership Council initiative of funding child care scholarships and providing supplemental food in targeted child care centers. RUM dollars are a combination of donations to the United Way Fund, Women’s Leadership Council, and Helping Hands Auction.
