The next Women United Lunch & Learn is just around the corner on October 6th at 11:30 a.m.

We are pleased to announce that Charlie Foster will be our keynote speaker.

Charlie serves as the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Inclusive Student Excellence and Director of the Office of Academic Success and Intercultural Services (OASIS) at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She is a leader at UNL as well as in our community in developing diversity initiatives initiatives and practices. She also shares her expertise with United Way as one of our board members.

Women United, together with Emerging Leaders United are identifying and addressing the disadvantages that children and families face in local elementary school communities by giving students and their families the opportunity to succeed in school and life regardless of circumstances through the ENGAGE.EMPOWER.GRADUATE. initiative.

How do I join Women United?

Becoming a member of Women United is simple. All you have to do is make a contribution of $500, $1,000, $1,500 or $2,500 to the WU initiative. In order for your name to be added to the WU membership list, you must designate your donation to the Women United initiative on your giving form.
