United Way’s Virtual Book Drive, a joint venture by United Way’s Women United and Emerging Leaders United delivers books through our community nonprofit partners and supported school communities of Campbell Elementary, Clinton Elementary and McPhee Elementary Schools throughout the year. We want to get books into the hands of our youth without delay. Your support provides the opportunities for a child to fill a bookshelf and break the link between poverty and poor academic outcomes. All children should be able to grow up with readily available books at home. Books at home propel a child further in education.
