On September 9, United Way and CHAD kicked off the 2021 Campaign to meet the needs right here in Lincoln and Lancaster County.

This was the ninth year that United Way has supported Jump Start at McPhee Elementary School and the fifth year at Campbell Elementary School. And the program has shown it is effective.

At a press conference on Tuesday, August 17, 2021, members of the Joint Budget Committee, a partnership between Lancaster County, the City of Lincoln, and community stakeholders, rolled out an application process to distribute $15M in grants to nonprofits in Lincoln and Lancaster County.
