Emily no longer feels alone.
Emily was concerned about her son’s behavior. He was acting out at home and in school, and his progress at school was beginning to suffer. The answer came when Emily’s son was diagnosed with a behavioral disorder. She was able to find care for her son, but her son’s behavior was beyond what traditional counseling services provide.
Then Emily learned about HopeSpoke through her son’s school. She was able to receive the information and support she needed as a parent – and her son is receiving the care he needs. Community organizations like HopeSpoke, in collaboration with United Way and CHAD (Combined Health Agencies Drive), ensure that no parent or child gets turned away from the support they need. Emily sees her son’s progress. She no longer feels alone. When we find community, no challenge life throws our way can’t be overcome.
